1. Introduction :

Welcome to Eastbuy, Cambodia’s trusted food delivery platform. By accessing our website, using our services, or registering as a customer, merchant, or delivery partner, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Obligations :

• Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and payment information.
• Any misuse of the platform—including fraudulent orders, abuse of riders, or manipulation of promotions—may result in account suspension or legal action.
• Users must report any issues with orders within 1 hour of delivery.

3. Merchant Terms :

• Merchants can request fund withdrawals through the merchant app.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after request confirmation.
• Merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their bank details.
• In case of delivery failure caused by merchants (e.g., missing items, stockouts), penalties may apply per Eastbuy’s Merchant Withdrawal & Refund SOPs.

4. Delivery Partner Terms :

• All delivery personnel must deposit cash collected from Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by the end of each working day.
• Late deposits may result in account lockout, suspension, or termination.
• A refundable $25 reservation deposit is required to join the Eastbuy platform.

5. Refunds and Order Disputes :

• Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
• Valid reasons for refunds include: missing/wrong items, spoiled food, or non-delivery.
• Refunds for online payments are processed within 24 hours; card refunds may take 3–7 working days.
• Refunds require verification by the customer support and finance teams.

6. Limitations and Liabilities:

• Eastbuy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from delays, order cancellations due to force majeure, or bank/payment failures.
• Customers agree not to hold Eastbuy responsible for merchant stock issues or delivery disruptions due to rider unavailability.

7. Changes and Termination :

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
